Abattoir Waste Processing Operational & Financial Model
I'm seeking a professional who can build a comprehensive operational and financial model for an abattoir processing animal by-products waste business. The financial model will include P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet for 5 year projections. Requirements: - The model should account for processing outputs such as bone meal and rendered fat based on client modelled inputs and on lab results. - It must include a detailed revenue and cost analysis for both procurement and operations and sale of by products Ideal Skills: - Strong background in operational and financial modelling. - Experience in the waste processing industry, particularly abattoirs. - Proficiency in cost analysis and procurement planning.
