We are a B2B service provider for home service companies (HVAC, plumbers, landscapers, roofers, etc.) helping businesses streamline their finances and grow strategically. We’re looking for a skilled freelancer to support us in building and managing a cold email outreach program to generate leads for our B2B services. Your role will involve creating target lists of potential clients, crafting effective email templates, setting up our cold email outreach system, and managing the ongoing campaign. We’re seeking someone proactive, organized, and experienced in email marketing or lead generation, with a preference for those who’ve worked on B2B service campaigns. Responsibilities: -Research and build targeted lists of potential B2B clients. -Develop compelling cold email templates tailored to our services and audience. -Set up and configure a cold email outreach system (e.g., using tools like Apollo, mailchimp, etc.). -Manage the outreach campaign, including sending emails, tracking responses, and optimizing performance. -Provide regular updates on progress, metrics (open rates, reply rates, etc.), and suggestions for improvement. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Proven experience with cold email outreach or lead generation (B2B services experience is a plus but not required).- -Familiarity with email outreach tools -Strong research skills to identify and target the right prospects.- Excellent written communication skills for crafting persuasive email templates.- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
