YouTube Channel Manager Needed – Team Coordination & Uploading We are looking for a highly organized YouTube Channel Manager to oversee our content production team and ensure smooth, efficient video uploads. We already have a video editor, thumbnail artist, and voiceover artist, and we use AI-generated scripts. Your role will be to manage the workflow, ensure quality control, and handle uploads. Responsibilities: ✅ Manage and coordinate the team (video editor, thumbnail designer, and voiceover artist) to keep content on schedule ✅ Review and approve final video edits, thumbnails, and voiceovers for quality and consistency ✅ Upload videos to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens ✅ Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar ✅ Optimize metadata (tags, keywords, and descriptions) to maximize reach and engagement ✅ Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights ✅ Engage with the audience via comments and community posts (optional) Requirements: ✔ Proven experience managing YouTube channels or content teams ✔ Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, tags, and audience growth strategies ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work independently and ensure deadlines are met ✔ Experience with YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, vidIQ (preferred) Compensation & Terms:
