I need someone well versed in Facebook, Instagram and Google ads to help with account and campaign set ups. Once the ads are running, we may ask you to help with some ongoing optimizations, but the primary support needed is creating tracking and retargeting pixels, integrating them into the campaign, and setting up a fully optimized campaign for specific parameters and budget. Please respond with an hourly rate, but in your reply please also state how quickly and how long a typical campaign set up takes you (how many minutes/hours), and please detail everything that you include in a typical campaign/ad set up, to showcase your knowledge. We have an urgent campaign that we need started, so please also confirm if you are able to start immediately, and what time period you work in.
