Description: We’re looking for a talented and reliable graphic designer with experience in both digital and print design, preferably with an understanding of event or pageant branding. This project involves a variety of design needs related to an upcoming pageant, from web updates to printed program book design. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are a must. Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to): • Wix website updates (graphics and content layout) • Confidential design work (contestant handbooks, score sheets, and private docs) • Development of a contestant Handbook (stylized PDF format) • Program book design (magazine-style layout featuring contestants, sponsors, judges, etc.) • Basic social media graphics (contestant spotlights, countdowns, sponsor shoutouts, etc.) • Event signage and print collateral (banners, table cards, emcee cards, badges) Must-Haves: • Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required) • Familiarity with Wix • Ability to follow and develop brand guidelines • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working with confidential materials • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively Bonus if you have: • Experience in pageant, event, or entertainment branding • Layout experience with program books or magazines • A good eye for modern, feminine, and bold design styles If this sounds like a great fit for you, please include: • A link to your portfolio • Examples of similar work (event design, print layouts, social graphics, etc.) • Your availability and estimated turnaround times • Your preferred rate or pricing structure We’re excited to find someone creative, professional, and easy to collaborate with as we bring this event to life!
