Graphic Designer for DTC Meta Ads

Hi - We're Stately (statelymen.com), a men's subscription styling service. We're looking for an experienced DTC Meta ad designer. Someone that knows FB Ad library/ what's working on Meta and has worked on modern DTC brands and have sample work to point to. Would be great if you could contribute to creative iteration too (have you tried XYZ, etc.) and not simply wait for tickets but that works. Please have wsample ads in your profile. We probably have 10 hours / week worth of work to start and can ramp from there depending on how well your work turns out/ effective the ads are at beating our control ads. Thank you - Dustin
