The Opportunity We’re looking for a creative, good vibes, and organized person to join our team as a Co-Designer. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design who wants to turn their creative talent into a lucrative and flexible side hustle. You’ll be helping create inspiring spaces for one to two full houses each month, delivering comprehensive design boards and clear, thoughtful installation instructions. What You’ll Do Create design boards that are visually stunning and practical, tailored for short-term rental properties. Develop detailed installation instructions to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate closely with our team to bring each vision to life. Stay communicative, responsive, and proactive within the MST time zone. What We’re Looking For A creative problem-solver who loves seeing a vision come to life. Familiarity with short-term rental design or Airbnb-style aesthetics. Proficiency in design software like Spoak, DesignFiles, and Canva. A strong communicator who’s organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on flexibility and creativity.
