What You’ll Do: - Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups - Collaborate directly with the founder to define user pain points and design goals - Ensure the design supports both desktop and mobile users - Deliver clean, organized files that are ready for development handoff - Iterate quickly based on feedback ✅ Ideal Skills & Experience: - Expert-level proficiency in Figma - Experience designing job boards, career platforms, or marketplace-style features - Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and design systems. - Ability to design with empathy for multicultural and international audiences - Portfolio showcasing responsive design for web and mobile apps - Great communicator, proactive, and open to feedback
