MashMetrics is a leading marketing analytics company helping mid-to-large organizations transform data into actionable insights. We’ve recently ramped up our LinkedIn presence with daily posts crafted by our internal team — now, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer to bring those posts to life visually. What We’re Looking For: We're seeking a designer who can create a set of branded graphic templates we can use and rotate through for our daily LinkedIn posts. These templates should be: *Clean, modern, and aligned with our brand * Easily customizable for different topics and post types * Optimized for visibility and engagement on LinkedIn Once the base templates are designed, we’d like ongoing support for: * Slight customizations to the templates (e.g., updating text, changing icons, adding charts) * Occasionally designing a one-off graphic for special announcements or reports Ideal Candidate: * Experience with social media graphics, especially LinkedIn * Strong eye for professional, B2B design * Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma * Familiarity with analytics/tech or SaaS brands a plus * Organized and reliable with quick turnaround times Deliverables: 4–6 base templates in editable format (Canva preferred, but open to other tools) On-demand minor edits/customizations (2–3 per week) Occasional new graphics for special posts (1–2 per month) This is a long-term collaboration opportunity for the right person — someone who understands our brand, gets creative with constraints, and helps us keep a consistent, high-quality visual presence.
