Job Description: I’m looking for a creative and detail-oriented content creator to help bring founder stories to life through visually engaging Instagram reels and carousel posts. This is for a brand focused on spotlighting underrepresented entrepreneurs through short-form, informative content What You’ll Do: • Research interesting founders to spotlight and create short, informative Instagram reels (30–60 seconds) based on founders • Design visually appealing carousel graphics that highlight key facts, quotes, and lessons from founders • Edit raw video content (when provided) into scroll-stopping reels that feel polished but authentic • Incorporate brand guidelines, fonts, and colors • Add music, captions, and light animation to enhance storytelling • Collaborate with me on storytelling angles and creative direction Ideal Candidate: • Strong skills in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) • Graphic design experience, especially with Canva or Adobe Suite • Understands modern Instagram aesthetics and trends (especially among Gen Z and millennial entrepreneurs) • Has an eye for storytelling and can turn raw material into engaging narrative content • Comfortable working with minimal direction and tight turnarounds • Passionate about entrepreneurship and uplifting diverse voices Nice to Have: • Experience with social media content strategy • Knowledge of trending audio, hooks, and IG algorithm nuances • Familiarity with founder/startup/VC space Examples: thenumbersgame1 femalefounderworld To Apply: Please share: 1.
