Web site for a 501c3 non profit on an upcoming book on mental health

We are 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on mental health. My name is Phillip and I'm the executive Director of the nonprofit. I am currently writing a book which is a memoir on my life and experiences with mental health. The specific illness is called Avoidant Personality. It includes major depression, severe, social, anxiety, extreme sensitivity, rejection, extreme sensitivity, to criticism, and a host of other symptoms. I need someone to create a website for this book. I have an outline of the number of pages that the website will need to have. If you're able to create a website for this, and you feel a desire to do it for us and please let me know as soon as possible. I don't need anything to fancy. I just want to show people what my book will be about, who I am, and some info about the non profit We don't get any financial support of any sort so please keep your beds as low as possible. I'm looking for a flat rate bed to develop this website, but that's something we can discuss in the interview process as far as how many pages and such. We are still considering Worpress, but we are looking at a builder like Go Daddy so we can bring changes and web master role in house instead of having to hire a web master.
