Need branding & business collateral for a medical specialist office. This is a new office that will be opening in the next 2 months. Need main logo with 1-2 alternative logos and a submark. Coordinating business collateral materials including: - Business card (front and back) & Patient appointment cards - Letterhead - Rack card - envelope - full page advertisement - Half page flyer - Physician Referral Postcard Needs to be done within 3-4 weeks.
