I’m looking for a skilled and reliable packaging designer to complete a test project for a 3.5g cannabis Mylar bag. This will include front and back designs with clear brand direction, Rhode Island-compliant labeling, and print-ready files built from supplier dielines (AI, PDF, PNG, and optional 3D mockup). If the test is successful, I have an entire catalog of packaging products lined up including additional Mylar sizes, glass jars, plastic jars, tubes, and custom boxes with silk print and labeling needs across multiple formats. This role is project-based with consistent work available. Speed is critical. Our brand’s competitive advantage depends on fast turnaround times, excellent communication, clean design, and a streamlined workflow that makes things easy for our clients. I’m only hiring 1–2 designers for this test and will continue working with whoever proves to be efficient, reliable, and aligned with our quality standards. Turnaround times must be quick, and design revisions need to be handled promptly and professionally.
