Description:

We’re looking for a creative freelancer to help organize and enhance a seasonal marketing campaign toolkit for businesses in the horticulture industry. The campaign, titled “Embrace Your Space,” encourages consumers to plant, garden, and beautify their outdoor spaces—while giving our member businesses ready-to-use promotional content. Background with horticulture, gardening, or outdoor lifestyle content preferred We’ve already created much of the content (social media graphics, captions, and themes), and now we need someone to help package it into a cohesive, branded, plug-and-play toolkit that our members can easily download and use. What You’ll Be Doing: Organizing existing graphics and captions into a professional PDF or digital toolkit Creating a simple weekly posting calendar (4–5 weeks) with suggested social media use Making light copy edits to ensure tone and structure are consistent Optionally converting materials into editable Canva templates Formatting for both print (optional flyers/posters) and digital use Creating a simple one-pager that explains how to use the toolkit Ideal Experience: ✅ Background in marketing, communications, or graphic design ✅ Comfortable working with social media content and toolkits ✅ Familiarity with or interest in the horticulture, green industry, or landscaping space ✅ Experience using Canva, InDesign, or similar tools ✅ Bonus: Experience working with member-based organizations or associations Project Details: Start: ASAP Timeline: Toolkit must be finalized by mid-April Format: Toolkit must be delivered as a downloadable PDF (Canva or design file optional) Budget: Open to proposals, please include examples of similar work To Apply: Please share: A short note on why you're a great fit Relevant work samples (especially toolkits, social campaigns, or work in the green industry) Any background with horticulture, gardening, or outdoor lifestyle content Let’s help people get growing this season!
