The Opportunity We are seeking a freelance designer to help develop a polished, executive-level readout template that supports our executive readouts and business value discussions. This individual should have strong design experience and be comfortable working within Gladly’s brand and design guidelines to create a visually compelling and structured template. Note this is a short-term, contract role with flexible hours and a cap of 15 hours for the project. What You’ll Do: Develop a professional, well-structured executive readout template for customer and prospect presentations. Ensure the template aligns with Gladly’s brand standards and maintains visual consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders as needed (Business Value Consultant) to refine the structure and layout for clarity and impact. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience with producing sales or customer success collateral. Experience in presentation and report design (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, or similar tools) intended for external, executive audiences. Strong visual storytelling skills to create executive-ready templates. Ability to adhere to and work within brand guidelines while optimizing for clarity and professionalism. Detail-oriented and efficient, able to complete the project within the allotted 15-hour max commitment. Proactive with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
