Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will support the marketing department in implementing and managing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to learn about all aspects of marketing. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and digital advertising Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging Edit and produce video content for social media, ads, and company announcements Track and report on key performance metrics, including engagement, conversions, and ROI Assist in the maintenance and updating of the company website and blog Support the creation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, setting up automation, and analyzing performance Handle administrative tasks as needed, such as managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and organizing files Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive targeted traffic and conversions Assist in building and maintaining landing pages, marketing funnels, and other web assets to support lead generation and conversion goals Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related role is a plus Proficiency in Google Suite and basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite) Experience with social media ad platforms (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn) Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Iterable, Simplero, Hubspot) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and marketing trends Experience building out email campaigns Experience building and designing funnels and blog posts (Wordpress, Elementor, WP Funnels) Experience running paid advertising campaigns SEO experience Why Join Us?
