Digital Worship Presentation & Social Media Assistant (Remote) Description: We’re looking for a dependable and creative virtual assistant to help our church stay sharp with weekly worship service media and digital content. This is a remote, part-time role, ideal for someone who’s experienced with church media AND knows how to use AI tools to work efficiently and create high-quality content fast. We use AI to streamline much of our workflow, and we want someone who’s already proficient in it—or eager and capable of becoming an expert. ⸻ Weekly Responsibilities: 1. Proclaim Presentation Setup (for Sunday Service) • Input lyrics for worship songs (set list provided—most are recurring). • Create/update announcement slides for pre-roll and post-roll. • AI tools like Ideogram or ChatGPT can help generate slide content quickly. • Insert Scripture passages from the weekly sermon text (provided). 2. Social Media Sermon Clips • Use Sermon Shots (access provided) to: • Create 1–2 short highlight clips from each week’s sermon. • Post to Facebook with appropriate captions and hashtags. • Use built-in tools to create quote graphics or visual moments. 3. Country Minute Weekly Video • No filming required. • Use pre-made slides from announcement deck. • Generate a voiceover using Murf. • Either use a provided script or create/refine a short script using ChatGPT or another AI tool. • Combine the slides, Murf audio, and background music in CapCut. • Export and upload as needed. ⸻ Tools We Currently Use: • Proclaim (Faithlife) – for Sunday presentation • CapCut – for simple video edits • Murf – for voiceover generation • ChatGPT – for content writing and idea generation • Ideogram – for AI slide graphics and creative visuals • Sermon Shots – for sermon clips and quote graphics We’re also open to additional tools if they’ll help us move faster or do things better. Bottom line: we want someone who’s comfortable using AI to save time and level up our content. ⸻ You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have experience with Proclaim, CapCut, Murf, and AI tools like ChatGPT. • Can write, edit, and create using AI (not afraid to experiment and figure it out). • Understand church culture, Sunday rhythms, and digital ministry. • Are organized, self-driven, and communicate clearly. Bonus If You Have: • Church media experience (small or large church) • Canva, Facebook Page management, YouTube or podcast familiarity ⸻ About Us: We’re a church in rural Texas with a laid-back, Gospel-centered culture.
