Hi! I’m Lauren Cooper, the owner and Creative Director of Blender Creative Co., a dynamic graphic design agency specializing in branding and print design. I’m looking to expand my team with a talented freelance graphic designer who shares our passion for creative excellence and attention to detail. You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment, supporting me with projects while having the flexibility to take on a variety of creative tasks. The Role: This freelance position is a great opportunity for a creative and organized designer with a strong sense of initiative. As Blender Creative Co. continues to grow, I’m in need of someone who can tackle a range of design projects and support my efforts to focus on growing the business. You’ll be working closely with me on a project by project basis. This role requires a versatile designer with the ability to adapt to different client needs and projects, and ideally, someone with some experience in social media content creation. Responsibilities: Design Support – Starting out with marketing collateral for clients and social media content creation for Blender Collaborative Work – Work closely with me to translate client briefs into innovative, on-brand designs. Time Management & Organization – Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while keeping everything organized. Prioritize tasks to ensure the most urgent projects are completed on time. Administrative Tasks – Help with project management (Trello) and client communication (email). Must-Haves: Proven Design Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and a strong portfolio showcasing your work in branding, print, and digital design. Organization & Time Management – Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, heavily deadline-driven environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively. Attention to Detail – A meticulous eye for detail to ensure all designs are polished and aligned with client expectations. Communication Skills – Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with me and clients. Responsiveness: You must be responsive and available during the 9:00am - 5:00pm work day. This is very important.
