Looking for contract to hire graphic designer with an illustration background to join an early stage startup in the crypto/Web3 space. What you will do: Drive the visual design for marketing assets, including social media content, email templates, promotional graphics, and in-product banners, to support campaigns. Collaborate deeply with the Creative Director, Chief Marketing Office and Social Media teams, as well as with external partners, to ensure design work aligns with brand goals and broader campaign themes. Ensure brand consistency by applying design guidelines across all touchpoints, managing and evolving elements like color palettes, typography, and iconography. Adapt quickly to feedback and stay up-to-date with design trends, fintech/crypto industry standards, and best practices to create fresh, engaging visuals. Concept and iterate rapidly to meet the fast-paced demands of a growing company, optimizing designs to maximize impact across channels.
