Big Commerce UX/UI - Web Development - Light Graphic Artist

I am in the process of creating a retail web store on BigCommerce.com utilizing an existing template. As I move through this process I require some enhancements and modifications beyond what just the template has to offer in various parts of the site. I am looking for a single individual who could work with me to help develop the site by working with the back end code to develop certain features. An example of this would be setting up a custom newsletter signup form. The right person would be: Works with BigCommerce, Stencil and HTML/CSS languages with good experience. Has a design eye and likes to work on a project to create a clean finished product for the end user. In other words, I need somebody who isn't just a raw coder, but somebody who wants to help build a cohesive design. I envision this person being available indefinitely for random small tasks that I'll just approach and we can work out a per price bid for each little task as they come up. I don't need this person *quite* yet but would like to have them available relatively soon. I'm thinking there will be work in the next 2-3 weeks.
