I’m looking for a talented designer to create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and views. Beyond strong graphic design skills, I need someone who understands the psychology of why thumbnails perform—things like color theory, emotional triggers, and audience behavior. You should know what makes viewers stop scrolling and click, ideally with experience in YouTube thumbnail design. Please share examples of past thumbnails you’ve designed and explain why they worked.
