Need someone to convert checklists into interactive templates

I have a number of checklists that I would like to market for planners, project management, etc. Some are business-related (e.g., how to choose a witness for your trial) and some are personal (how to plan a child's birthday party). I would like to make these electronic and interactive for use with digital planners or standalone. None are extremely complicated although I may eventually consider creating versions for use with various task management systems. Just need someone who knows how to convert them. I would like to pay a flat-rate per template (we can start with about a dozen) so please bid your rate per template.
