Logo Design for Brand Rebranding

We are an integrative health clinic that provides care for complex conditions. Our care falls outside of the traditional medical system. We have undergone a brand refresh project, and are looking for a talented designer that can capture our brand's identity in the production of a new logo. We are both allopathic-trained physicians, as well as Certified Tribal Healers, and would like this to be captured in our brand. This means the logo will have some earthy, natural elements. We have already identified new brand colors, and have some general ideas for the logo, but we need someone to help make it come to life.
