UX/UI designer to create style guide in Figma

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help us develop a comprehensive style guide in Figma. The goal is to create a consistent design system that can be used across our digital products. Scope of Work: - Develop a style guide that includes typography, colors, buttons, input fields, icons, and other UI components. Ensure the style guide follows best practices for usability, accessibility, and consistency. - Set up reusable design components in Figma with variants for different states (hover, active, disabled, etc.). - Provide documentation on how to use the style guide effectively. - Offer feedback and recommendations for improving UX/UI across our product. Requirements: - Proven experience in UX/UI design, specifically with Figma. - Experience creating style guides, design systems, or component libraries. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. -Experience with responsive design and accessibility guidelines. - Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear documentation. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with design handoff for developers. - Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.).
