Project Overview We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to refresh and modernize our "Let's Get Acquainted" collateral. The current design will be provided as a packaged Adobe Illustrator (AI) file containing all assets, text, and brand elements. The goal is to enhance the visual appeal while maintaining clarity, professionalism, and alignment with our brand identity. Project Goals Create a clean, modern, and minimalistic design. Improve readability and flow of information. Ensure effective utilization of brand colors while maintaining brand consistency. Keep the design professional and engaging. Maintain a hierarchy and structure to guide the reader smoothly. Deliver the final design in both Adobe Illustrator (AI) and PowerPoint (PPTX) formats. Scope of Work 1. Design Refresh: Modernize layouts with a minimalist approach. Improve spacing, typography, and visual balance. Refine graphic elements, icons, and supporting visuals. Utilize negative space effectively. 2. Brand Consistency: Incorporate Glass-Media’s brand colors efficiently. Ensure branding elements (logo, fonts, and imagery) are used cohesively. Maintain brand tone while enhancing aesthetics. 3. Content Layout Optimization: Adjust the typography for better readability. Ensure key messages and sections stand out. Improve the information hierarchy for logical flow. Deliverables Final Adobe Illustrator (AI) file with editable layers. PowerPoint (PPTX) version with all design elements properly formatted. High-resolution PDF version for print and digital use. Additional PNG/JPEG versions if needed. Style & Design Inspiration Minimalist and modern with a clean aesthetic. Professional and corporate, yet engaging. Focus on sharp typography, strong alignment, and visual storytelling. Use subtle yet impactful brand color integration. Avoid clutter—prioritize simplicity and effectiveness.
