Help with Keynote Motion Graphics

I am looking for some help and tutoring on how to develop process flow diagrams with animation. Specifically i want to illustrated software architecture and how data flows through architecture components. Looking to find best way to make these presentations come alive. I do most of my software flows in Lucid Chart, but I recently saw a youtube video that had the approach I have been looking for. Looking to presentations almost identical to the one found in the link below. Timestamp 1:45 is a good example of the types of animations I am looking for. I am not looking to outsource the entire presentation deliverable but rather someone who can have a few sessions with me to walk through the process within keynote.
