Helix Ventures (thinkhelix.com) is looking for an experienced Web Developer & Designer to lead web development and design projects for both our internal initiatives and external client websites. This role includes everything from building new websites from scratch to updating existing ones, as well as handling graphic and logo design needs. We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional who is proficient in WordPress, Elementor, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, UI/UX understanding, and the ability to develop functional, visually compelling websites. Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor. Update and enhance existing websites with new features, design improvements, and performance optimizations. Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and branding assets. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related technical issues. Collaborate with our team to bring brand visions to life through compelling digital experiences. Qualifications: Proven experience in WordPress and Elementor (or similar page builders). Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and Canva. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web development. Experience with UI/UX design and an eye for aesthetics and functionality. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Portfolio showcasing relevant web design and development work. Nice to Have: Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Motion graphics or animation skills.
