We are a small leadership development consulting firm that specializes in training programs and coaching. We are looking for a graphic designer to work with our team on a wide range of work on a long-term basis. This position requires someone who is willing to commit to learning about our portfolio of services and products, increasingly building a deep understanding of our design & delivery standards to integrate them into the design, and working with multiple stakeholders on tight timelines and varying types of requests. This position is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working through ambiguity, and communicating asynchronously across time zones using tools like Monday.com and email. Our design needs range from internal design projects (brand guidelines, social media images, conference materials) to complex learning materials design (PowerPoint presentations, bound books, printed handouts). Brand & Marketing Design: Our brand is established, but it's time to take our designs to the next level, and integrate them consistently throughout an ever-growing marketing strategy that includes a portfolio of different products & services. Client Design & Learning Materials: We pride ourselves on well-designed learning materials that look good and serve information in clean, visually-prioritized ways that support - not distract from - learning. We are looking for you if: - You have a wide range of graphic design experience ranging from logo design and poster design to book covers and pitch decks - You have an expansive amount of experience designing in PowerPoint specifically leveraging slide masters, note masters, slide design & animation (you have similar/relevant skills with Google Slides) - You have experience designing for learning experiences and working with instructional designers - You love ongoing work where you function as part of a team in a long-term partnership We look forward to your proposals!
