A digital agency founded in 2006 in San Diego is looking to add a new U.S. based designer to our team. We mention Creative Director experience but this is optional..we do find that designers who understand creative direction and importance of wording require less managing on our end and can bring more to the table. No coding experience needed as we have that covered just need a strong front end designer. We are fully remote but prefer a U.S. based specialist for this position. No agencies only looking for freelancers who are looking to find a permanent fit at a fast packed company with lots of growth. We will send a test project asap and would like to see a 24 hour turnaround. Do not bid if this is not possible. Position: Senior UI/UX Designer (Creative Director Experience) Location: US-Based (Remote) Compensation: $40-$70 per hour, based on experience. Employment Type: 30-40 hours availability preferred. Open to 20 hour availability but must be consistent days/times you are available to handle items. Role Overview: (CLIENT FACING) We are seeking a talented designer with Creative Director expertise to lead multi-channel designs for our clients. In this role, you will interact with creative directors and marketing team members who need stand-out landing pages, websites, social ads, marketing materials and other items designed in a timely fashion. No coding is needed. (no back-end). Key Responsibilities: -- Attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly follow a creative brief in addition to bringing unique, creative, and artistic ideas to the table. -- Knowledgeable about current and modern design trends (Colors, Fonts, Textures, etc) as well as having knowledge of classic styles as well. -- Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other professional design tools is a must. -- UI/UX Front End Design + general graphic design needed (digital advertising, marketing materials (print and digital), product packaging, etc) -- able to commit to 20 hrs per week and must be able to do daily check ins with creative directors and project managers.
