Webflow Developer Job Description Job Title: Webflow Developer Location: Remote/Flexible Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites. The ideal candidate has experience in Webflow, front-end development, and UX/UI design, with a strong understanding of performance optimization, CMS integrations, and no-code development best practices. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to build visually appealing and functional websites that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize responsive Webflow websites that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. Customize Webflow’s CMS, animations, and interactions to enhance website functionality and engagement. Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and performant with fast load times. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as needed. Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement website improvements. Maintain and update existing Webflow sites, troubleshooting bugs and ensuring security. Manage Webflow hosting, backups, and performance analytics to optimize site health. Qualifications: Proven experience developing and managing websites in Webflow. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow’s CMS structure and interactions. Experience with UX/UI principles, responsive design, and performance optimization. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with third-party integrations, API connections, and automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking. Basic understanding of custom code embedding and JavaScript frameworks.
