We’re building a searchable and filterable web app using Bubble (frontend) and Xano (backend). The data lives in Xano (currently 2 million+ records), and we need a clean, fast, user-friendly interface in Bubble where users can filter that data, view the results, and download them as CSV. This is not a full product build, it’s a focused implementation of frontend filtering, search UX, and CSV export. Scope of Work Your responsibilities will include: Connecting the Bubble frontend to our existing Xano backend Building a search + filter interface that allows users to: Filter by fields like state, number of power units, DOT number ranges, carrier type, etc. Search using keyword and dropdown inputs Displaying results in a responsive, paginated list or table Allowing users to export selected or filtered results as a CSV Ensuring performance is optimized for large datasets (~2M rows) (Optional / Future Phase): Help us push filtered results to apps like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach using APIs or plugins ⸻ Ideal Experience We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience building Bubble frontends connected to Xano Strong understanding of API integrations within Bubble Ability to implement dynamic filtering and data views Experience with CSV export functionality in Bubble Familiarity with performance optimization for large record sets Bonus points if you’ve: Worked with outbound automation or CRM integrations Built data search apps, dashboards, or admin panels Deliverables A fully working Bubble frontend that: Is connected to our live Xano database Lets users search and filter data Supports CSV export of the search results Basic design/styling (clean, functional, doesn’t need to be fancy) Short Loom or written instructions for how the app is structured (for handoff) Timeline & Budget Looking to start immediately, targeting completion within 5–10 days Open to fixed-price or hourly proposals (please include estimate) How to Apply Please share examples of Bubble apps you’ve built (especially ones connected to Xano or other DBs or with search/filter features), your approach to building a performant search + export tool like this, and your availability + timeline to start.
