We are looking for a skilled fullstack developer to help finalize a custom-build client intake app designed for law firms. The app integrates directly with a legal practice management system and is in the final development stages before Beta testing. We need someone who can dive into existing code, understand the architecture quickly, and collaborate on improvements and updates as we prepare for deployment. What you will do: -Review and understand the existing codebase -Make improvements and complete feature development -Troubleshoot and fix bugs -Commit and regularly push updates to GitHub to keep the project repository current and well-documented -Collaborate on integrations with third-party systems (legal practice management platforms) -Help us prepare for and support Beta testing with real users Must-Have Skills: -Python and Django expertise -Strong understanding of backend development and database structure -Ability to read, review, and improve existing code - Experience with Git/GitHub and a commitment to maintaining up-to-date, clean repositories - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Clear and responsive communication Nice-to-Have Skills: - Front-end experience (especially with modern frameworks like React or Vue) - Familiarity with API integrations - Experience working on apps used by professionals (legal or medical is a bonus) - UX/UI awareness to help refine user experience Timeline & Availability: - Must be available to start immediately - Commitment through Beta testing phase required - Ideally open to future collaboration as the product grows
