We're seeking a skilled web developer experienced with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.) and the implementation of Rive animations to bring a unique puzzle game to life. This is a web-based interactive gaming experience featuring beautiful, minimalist design and vibrant, elaborately animated scenes. All core designs and animations are ready—what we need is a developer who can integrate them into a smooth, user-friendly game. Key Responsibilities: Front-End - Integrate Rive animations into a responsive web environment. - Implement guessing logic (input, submission, and triggered success/failure states). - Manage puzzle progression and transitions based on user interaction. Back-End & Admin Panel - Set up a system to manage weekly puzzle releases (e.g., a CMS or custom solution). - Allow for easy puzzle scheduling, content updates, and future expansions. Additional Features - Basic analytics or tracking (e.g., puzzle completion rates). - Local puzzle completion logic (ensuring users see the next unplayed puzzle). - Email notifications (weekly puzzle release alerts). - Social sharing functionality (share a custom graphic/score). Preferred Qualifications - Strong portfolio of interactive or animation-heavy web projects. Familiarity with Rive and how to integrate Rive assets with JavaScript frameworks. - Experience building admin panels or content management systems (bonus). Project Details - We have a comprehensive Figma document containing all layouts, detailed descriptions of game flows, Rive taxonomy, and our full design system, plus all Rive animations for both UI elements and puzzles ready to go. - The MVP includes a set of initial puzzles and puzzle management features, with potential for expansion if it gains traction. - Timeline: Ideally looking to launch an MVP in early August (flexible).
