Hello, we are trying to setup Meta Conversion API but we keep running into lead match rate issues. The specific workflow we are trying to solve for is: 1. We have a Google Sheet that stores all leads from Instant Forms across many ad accounts and campaigns. This include the lead's name, phone, email, lead ID, ad ID, date of submission, etc. 2. We have a team manually evaluate each lead and mark it as qualified or not. 3. If it is qualified, we use Zapier to send a Lead Event back to Meta through the "Facebook Conversions" zap. 4. Based on other scoring metrics, we also then send a Funnel Event back to "Facebook Conversions" with different funnel steps. This entire process works, but our 'lead match rate' as shown by the reporting for the Meta dataset is very low, usually under 10% (we are sending hundreds of leads into the dataset daily). We are looking for help to solve this and increase the match rates of CAPI so we can better optimize campaigns.
