Description:

We’re an early-stage startup building an AI-powered digital health platform. We’re looking for a scrappy, creative web and growth expert with a strong design sensibility and enough technical skill to be dangerous — someone who can help us level up our site experience and bring our brand and product to life online. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build (Stanford grads, 3x exited founders, 2x Emmy winners) and optimize a striking, fast, and conversion-focused site. This isn’t just a landing page gig — we’re looking for a partner who can shape design, brand expression, and copy while testing what works and iterating quickly. What you'll own: Webflow development – Build and maintain a fast, beautiful, and responsive site Design & UX – Bring a polished, modern visual identity to life across key pages Copywriting – Help craft clear, compelling, high-converting messaging Custom components – Use Webflow (and light custom code, if needed) to implement creative or interactive features Growth-minded experiments – Test, measure, and refine pages to improve engagement and conversion You should be: Fluent in Webflow and light custom code (JS, CSS) Sharp with visual design, user flows, and micro-interactions Comfortable writing and iterating on copy Resourceful, efficient, and self-directed — able to move fast without needing a full creative team Excited to work on a meaningful product in digital health and AI Bonus if you’ve worked on: Health or wellness tech SaaS or B2B2C brands Brand storytelling for early-stage startups We’re looking for someone to start ASAP on a project basis, with the potential for ongoing work as we scale.
