Full-Stack Developer Needed to Finalize Cross-Platform Biomedical SaaS App

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer (or highly responsive team) to help us rapidly convert an existing prototype into a secure, commercial-grade SaaS platform for biomedical data analysis and 3D reporting. Most of the initial backend, app infrastructure, and analytics pipeline is already built. We now need your help finalizing, integrating, and scaling the platform for real-world clinical use — with an aggressive 1-month completion timeline. What’s Already Done: -iOS app built in .NET MAUI, nearing completion -Python-based diagnostic models already built and functional -Partner group handling 3D report visualization using WebGL -Partial backend and database architecture already in place What You’ll Build or Complete: -Polish the iOS app and port to Android, ensuring a clean, professional UI for clinic use -Build cloud infrastructure that can: -Accept uploads via app or web -Process biomedical data through our existing Python scripts -Feed outputs to a 3D WebGL-based visualization layer -Develop a secure web portal for clinicians and patients: -Clinics can upload files and generate reports -Patients can access their records through secure logins -Multiple clinics and thousands of clients must be supported simultaneously -Patients can view historical data, and clinicians can track client progress over time Implement robust data architecture for: -Storing anonymized data securely -HIPAA compliance (and GDPR if necessary) -Scalable access control for clinics and individual users -Build and integrate billing infrastructure: -Subscription and per-use pricing -Stripe (or similar) integration -Billing tied to report generation (per upload) -Enable clinic-level app authentication and data isolation within the app itself -Ensure seamless end-to-end integration between mobile apps, backend processing, and reporting visualization Tech Stack Preferences: -.NET MAUI, iOS/Android deployment -Python, cloud execution pipelines -WebGL, secure API communication -Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP -Web frameworks: React / Vue / etc. -Strong understanding of data security and HIPAA compliance Ideal Fit: -You’ve built and launched HIPAA-compliant SaaS platforms -You’re confident in full-stack development, from mobile apps to web dashboards and cloud deployment -You have experience integrating automated billing systems and secure logins -You work quickly, communicate clearly, and can move fast on a deadline Timeline & Urgency: -We are on an accelerated timeline and require this platform to be commercial-ready within 4 weeks.
