Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced mobile app developer to create an AI-powered roofing sales map app for personal use. The app will help visualize sales territories, customer leads, and project locations, and integrate various data sources such as house age, permit history, storm damage reports, and property values. Key Features & Requirements: AI-Powered Lead Scoring: The app should use AI to score leads based on house age, permit history, storm damage, and property value. Map Integration: The app should visualize sales territories, leads, and job sites on an interactive map. Real-Time Weather Data: The app should include weather overlays to display current storms and potential damage zones. Route Optimization: The app should optimize sales reps’ routes for visiting leads efficiently. Local Data Integration: The app must pull in local data regarding house age, permit history, storm damage, and property value estimates. Cloud Sync & Backup: The app should sync data to a cloud service (preferably Google Cloud or AWS) for backup and multi-device access. Mobile Platform: The app must be developed for both iOS and Android using React Native (preferred) or native development (Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android). Secure & Scalable: The app should be secure, with user authentication and data protection, and be scalable as the lead database grows. Skills Needed: Mobile App Development: React Native (preferred), Swift, Kotlin. AI & Machine Learning: Experience with building and deploying machine learning models (preferably using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). API Integration: Experience integrating with APIs for weather data, local data (house age, permits, etc.), and cloud syncing. Desired Experience: Proven Track Record: Previous experience developing mobile apps, particularly with AI and map integrations. Portfolio/Case Studies: Must show relevant work examples, especially apps with AI, data integration, or map features.
