I have an SQL database that stores health assessment data from individuals using DEXA scan machines. Each time someone takes a scan, I need that data pulled into a company-branded report that includes charts and tables (sample attached). Ideally, the data should be pulled into a web-based application where I can view and print each report. The system should automatically create a new row or entry every time someone completes another scan, ensuring their history is updated and accessible in the same report format.
