Project: WordPress Website Refresh Using GeneratePress Ecosystem (No Rebrand) Company Background AmeriEstate is an estate planning law firm with an established website (ameriestate.com) built on WordPress using the 2020 theme and BeaverBuilder. Over time, the site has become difficult to manage and lacks the performance, scalability, and modern architecture of today's WordPress standards. What We Need We’re looking for a skilled WordPress developer to refresh our existing website using the GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks (Pro) ecosystem, while preserving our current content, URL structure, and SEO authority. This is a redesign in terms of structure—not branding. We are keeping the current visual look, header/footer layout, colors, and fonts, but want the site rebuilt from the ground up using modern block-based tools. Tech Stack (Required Experience) • GeneratePress Theme + Premium Plugin • GenerateBlocks + GenerateBlocks Pro • WordPress Block Editor (No page builders) • GravityForms • Perfmatters • HappyFiles • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) • Custom Post Types & Taxonomies Scope of Work • Rebuild 132 published pages, including 83 existing BeaverBuilder pages using GenerateBlocks + Global Styles • Migrate and preserve 413 blog posts • Implement fully responsive, accessible, and fluid typography/spacing (clamp function) • Build custom templates for new CPTs: o Attorneys o States We Serve o Reviews o Core Services (with nested child services) o FAQs (accordion style, filterable) o Blog (with related posts & CTAs) • Create archive and single templates for all CPTs • Implement bidirectional relationships (e.g. Services - Attorneys, States - FAQs, etc.) • Maintain current site structure for SEO continuity • Assist in plugin clean-up (we’ll supply licenses for required plugins) You Should Be: • A WordPress expert who works exclusively in block-based architecture • Comfortable building custom CPTs and bidirectional relationships (using ACF or similar) • Focused on performance, accessibility, and scalability • Detail-oriented in preserving existing SEO, permalinks, and internal links • Able to provide examples of similar GeneratePress/GenerateBlocks work Deliverables • A fully rebuilt, block-based version of ameriestate.com • All CPTs, templates, and relationships functioning as described • Site fully tested for responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO Timeline & Budget • We are ready to start immediately • Please include an estimated timeline and cost with your proposal
