I am looking to interview freelancers who meet the following criteria: • You have started freelancing on Upwork (or similar platforms) within the past 2 years. • The majority of your past work experience before you started freelancing has been in full-time jobs (e.g., not self-employment or contracting) • You are NOT currently working or employed at a full-time job beyond freelancing • You are based in the United States The interview will last ~30-45 minutes and will be conducted over Zoom.
