We are seeking a highly skilled Website Revamp & Optimization Specialist to enhance the design, performance, and functionality of our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, UI/UX principles, SEO optimization, and site performance improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing our current website, implementing modern design updates, optimizing page speed, and ensuring a seamless, high-converting user experience across all devices. Key Responsibilities: Revamp website layouts and UI/UX to enhance usability and aesthetics. Optimize page speed, responsiveness, and overall site performance using best practices. Implement SEO improvements (meta tags, schema markup, keyword optimization). Troubleshoot and resolve design, functionality, and navigation issues. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Enhance conversion rate optimization (CRO) by refining call-to-actions (CTAs) and user flows. Work with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms to customize and edit website structures. Integrate and optimize third-party tools, plugins, and widgets as needed. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to drive website improvements. Maintain website security, perform updates, and ensure regular backups. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end design updates. ✅ Strong experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). ✅ Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics & Search Console. ✅ Familiarity with Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Core Web Vitals. ✅ Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or WooCommerce. ✅ Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and heatmap tools. ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. ✅ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams.
