I need my website to show up in Google Search

I have a website where there is only 1-3 other competitors in the State, perhaps more, yet my website does not show up on Google search after being active for a few years. I need someone to look at the site and Google and assess the issue and remedy it. I have run Facebook ads and Instagram ads and had success. These other websites do not have blogs and some are not updated or active. Whoever takes this role will most likely be contacted in the future for social media work if available so please let me know if you have Instagram Ads/Posts and Facebook Ads/Posts experience. I plan to pay you for the work immediately and then pay for results, so if it works, I'd give you like a bonus. If it doesn't work, there is no bonus.
