URGENT: Help navigate or fix website password reset issue And Solve AWS migration issue

URGENT: Must be solved by tomorrow, Monday afternoon (3.24.25). I am not sure exactly what skills are needed but I know it uses Github and Ruby on Rails. Issue: I'm working on a new laptop than the one I was previously using. A developer helped fix AWS migration issues a few months ago but now I cannot login and cannot re-set password (it might send an email for resetting somewhere, but I don't know where it sends it and there is a chance it doesn't send it at all). Also, after the migration fix, AWS began charging me double what the regular price was per month (it seems they might be charging for the old, non-functional site before the migration). I need this to be investigated so I know what is happening so AWS can be contacted to fix the overcharge.
