## Job Description We're seeking an experienced WordPress developer to manage and enhance our existing real estate brokerage website. The ideal candidate will have strong WordPress skills and experience working with real estate listing functionality. ## Key Responsibilities - Maintain and optimize our existing WordPress real estate website - Update and manage property listings regularly - Implement new features to improve user experience and lead generation - Ensure website security, perform regular backups, and manage updates - Optimize site speed and performance - Fix bugs and technical issues as they arise - Implement SEO best practices ## Requirements - 3+ years of WordPress development experience - Experience with real estate listing plugins and IDX integration - Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills - Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization - Knowledge of WordPress security best practices - Familiarity with SEO optimization for WordPress - Excellent communication skills and responsiveness ## Preferred Skills - Experience with real estate CRM integrations - Knowledge of property search functionality and map integration - Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.) - Understanding of real estate industry needs and standards ## Project Type This is an ongoing position with regular maintenance requirements and occasional development projects. ## Expected Hours 10-15 hours per month for regular maintenance with additional hours as needed for specific projects.
