The Contractor will provide a dedicated team of Moodle experts (Consultants, Project Managers, Designers, Learning Designers, and Developers) to support the above efforts up to 40 hours for the next 3 months from project start and will attempt to drive all of those projects to completion by covering any of the following services as well: ● Content migration ● Moodle Upgrade Activities  ● User migration ● User enrollment ● Historical records migration ● Moodle LMS management best practices and support ● Email Re-engagement automations optimization ● Consultation on user journey, configuration audit, ecommerce configuration, and strategy. ● Creation and maintenance of courses, activities and configuration according to the needs of each course. ● Functional changes allowed by the Moodle administrative interface. ● Creation of basic html code to improve descriptions and visual elements that can be edited from the theme interface. ● Creation of default emails in alignment with course objectives (Learner marketing). ● Reporting and data integration / extraction via API (Use of middle-man system to process information as needed) ● Provide support to users. (Admins and end users) ● Training and empowerment ● Styling platform UI via web design services and  custom elements when needed (.css or javascript based)
