Shopify Subscription Function Upgrade

I'm looking for help with improving our existing Shopify e-commerce website's subscription functionality. It currently only includes one type of product in 2, 3 or 4 pounds per month. I am going to need a more robust subscription functionality that allows customers to mix and match different types of products in varying quantities. The attached video and audio walkthrough will demonstrate this more clearly. We are currently using Seal Subscription widget and have around 50 active subscribers. So in additional to the development, I need support to make sure existing subscribers continue forward without interruption. Thank you.
