Description: Our business is evolving, and we need a strategic UX partner to help us optimize our platform to drive better user engagement and operational efficiency. We’re looking to enhance our system in ways that not only improve the user experience but also support our key business objectives. Business Need & Objectives: Streamlined Salesforce Integration: We want to empower our users to manage leads more efficiently through an integrated Salesforce workflow. The aim is to provide a seamless process for basic lead mapping, one-click lead pushes, duplicate handling, and list-based lead pushing—features designed to reduce friction and improve productivity. Bulk Action Capability: Our current process forces users to add items one-by-one. By enabling multi-select functionality for adding items to favorites, we’re looking to significantly improve user efficiency and satisfaction. Enhanced User Communication: Clear export warning prompts are critical to minimizing user errors and safeguarding data integrity. We need user flows and designs that communicate warnings effectively and align with our operational requirements. Optimized Location Cards: Our platform should present location data in an intuitive, visually appealing manner. We’re focused on refining layouts to clearly display data availability and bookmark icons, introducing “recently viewed” indicators, and filtering out less relevant records to provide a streamlined experience. Comprehensive Staff Profiles: We’re evolving our staff tab to present richer profiles, including full names, multiple titles, contact information, and social media links. This enhancement is aimed at providing users with a more complete and engaging view of staff details. Admin Panel: Our business needs a streamlined admin panel that centralizes client and user management, supports bulk uploads/edits, This tool will simplify operations—from managing geographic restrictions to tracking export activity—empowering our teams to work more efficiently while scaling with our growing business demands.
