Shopify Back End Setup (shipping)

I’m looking for a Shopify expert to help me set up the backend of my new store, focusing on post-sale processes. I need guidance on collecting orders, generating shipping labels, and creating an efficient system to organize everything locally (no 3PL at this stage). Since it’s a new store with uncertain volume, the setup should be scalable and user-friendly. Experience with Shopify shipping options, order management tools, and label generation is a must.
