Experienced WordPress Webmaster for Ongoing Website Management & Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and experienced WordPress Webmaster to manage and maintain our two business websites. This is a long-term, part-time role that requires monthly maintenance, updates, and occasional page edits to ensure optimal website performance and security. Responsibilities: • Perform monthly WordPress maintenance, including updates to core files, themes, and plugins. Monitor website performance, uptime, and security vulnerabilities. • Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, including broken links, slow loading speeds, or plugin conflicts. • Implement minor design and content updates (e.g., adding blog posts, updating images, refining page layouts). • Ensure websites remain mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and secure. • Maintain website backups and restore data if needed. • Collaborate with our team on any new website features, integrations, or improvements. • Provide monthly reports on website health, performance, and any recommended updates. Requirements: • Proven experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites. • Strong understanding of WordPress, Elementor (preferred), WPBakery, or other page builders. • Familiarity with SEO best practices, security measures, and website optimization. • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance monitoring tools. • Ability to make basic design edits (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus). • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and ability to provide timely updates. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing business and cybersecurity-related websites. • Knowledge of hosting management, cPanel, and DNS settings. • Familiarity with email marketing integrations and CRM connections. Project Scope & Payment: • This is a long-term, ongoing position with a monthly retainer for maintenance. • Additional paid tasks may be requested for major updates or new features.
