We are looking for an innovative and highly independent Frontend Developer to join our team and shape the user experience of our next-generation AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting intuitive, performant interfaces, manage projects autonomously, and thrive under tight deadlines, dedicating extensive hours (40+ hours per week) when necessary to deliver visually compelling and user-friendly applications. Your role will directly impact how users engage with groundbreaking AI technologies. Requirements: • Must have extensive experience building web apps with NextJS and TailwindCSS, rendering data from the backend • Must have extensive experience implementing UI/UX designs from Figma with pixel-perfect precision • Must be able to implement animations as per Figma design • Experience moving quickly in start-up environments Good to Haves: • Worked on large-scale applications, preferably with hundreds of thousands of users or more • Portfolio demonstrating your ability to implement UI/UX perfectly, both in pixel-perfect design and in very smooth UX Frontend Tech Stack: • NextJS • TailwindCSS • ShadCN-UI
